Hot tapping and Cold cutting of Existing Pipelines
HSC is the undisputed leader in this field. As such, we are the preferred contractor for PowerGas hot tapping projects.
Our expertise allows our customers to add branch connections to existing pipelines without leakage and interruption to the flow. HSC is able to perform line stopping and diversion of all kinds of pipelines at the highest quality within the shortest time possible, without compromising on safety.
Our service package also includes cold cutting of the existing pipeline for connection of the branch line.

Cold Bending of Pipes
Cold bending of pipes is another of HSC’s strengths. Our bending machine is able to bend steel pipes of up to 610mm in diameter to fit any environment or design. This allows us to successfully negotiate any obstacles during construction and ensures high producitivity.

2006
• Successfully completed the construction & commissioning of Tembusu and Admiralty Offtake Stations to serve Keppel Merlimau Cogen

of 610mm high pressure gas transmission pipeline from Sakra Natural Gas
Station to Tembusu Offtake Station to transport natural gas to Keppel
